Photography Night Walks

This creatively-focused walking tour offers locals and visitors the opportunity to explore the city at night and learn about night-time photography at the same time. The walks are held every Thursday 7pm and Sunday 6pm in and around Melbourne and Perth. The last Thursday of each month the group convenes for a post-walk drink and discussion to view the evening’s work projected on a large digital screen at Thousand Pound Bend

The Locations are selected for their inherent visual quality and have so far included several Melbourne laneways, Docklands, Chinatown, Rooftops, Interiors, and the Queen Victoria Markets. Photography Night Walks also visits other cities and international locations from time to time. The hands-on walks are open to any skill level and are devised to help participants develop their photography skills through tips and interaction with fellow photography enthusiasts. The cost of the walks is $20 in Melbourne and $30 in Perth.
